What is different
There is no script and no pressure to upsell work that will not help. You get a straight view of the job before we start. Some marks come out. Some have been in the carpet for years and will only improve. That is better said at the beginning than after the clean.

Different fabrics need different treatment. Wool, synthetics, stair carpet, a busy corridor and a fabric sofa are not cleaned with the same mix. We use professional solutions matched to the fibre, then extract the moisture so the carpet is cleaned rather than left wet and soapy. Delicate fabrics are handled more carefully. Heavier household and commercial traffic areas can take a stronger clean.

The visit is kept organised. We work through the agreed rooms, spend extra time on the worst areas, and leave the property tidy. You should know how long drying is likely to take and what to avoid until the carpet is dry.

Why regular cleaning matters
Carpets and soft furnishings collect more than visible dirt. Dust, allergens, bacteria and stale odours build up in the fibres over time, especially in busy rooms, rentals and buildings that are used every day. Left alone, that build-up makes the carpet look tired and can affect how fresh the room feels.
